Women in the Building Trades Scholarship
At Nola & Associates, we’re proud to be an all-female real estate team working closely alongside the building trades every day. Through our experience, we’ve seen both the incredible skill in these industries—and the clear lack of female representation.
Women make up only about 11–12% of the construction workforce, and less than 4% in hands-on skilled trades like carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
We believe that needs to change.
This scholarship was created to support and empower women pursuing careers in the building trades, helping to break barriers and create more opportunities in a field where they are greatly needed.
Because when women build, communities grow stronger.
