About Sarah Ashworth

Sarah Ashworth believes real estate is about more than buying or selling a house—it’s about finding your place, your people, and your sense of belonging. Before beginning her real estate career in 2019, Sarah worked as an assistant branch manager at a local community bank in Dover, where she built lasting relationships and strengthened her deep ties to the Seacoast and Southern Maine. Her background in customer service and lending, combined with her local knowledge, gives her clients a trusted guide through every step of the home journey. Community has always been at the heart of Sarah’s work. 

She has given her time generously as a planning committee member for the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce’s Festival of Trees, as a volunteer coordinator for Dover Children’s Home’s Apple Harvest Day fundraiser, and as a fundraising committee member and kitchen lead at the House of Hope Mission soup kitchen in Berwick. These roles reflect her belief that strong communities are built through connection and care.

Sarah resides in Berwick, Maine with her two daughters, Maddison and Peyton, Sarah brings the same warmth and energy to her personal life that she offers her clients. Whether traveling, trying new cafes, cheering at live sports, catching a show at a local playhouse or enjoying live music, she values experiences that bring people together.
