Leah Goodwin (Hultstrom)

Rockefeller   Leah is licensed in both Maine and NH and ready to take on new clients. Leah began her real estate career by working on the inside. She has been providing administrative support to Nola & Associates since 2018. She was a jane-of-all-trades in our office, helping us enter listings, creating our flyers and newsletters, maintaining our database, and most importantly, helping us keep track of all the contracts and associated paperwork so that our transactions close smoothly. This offered her years of exposure to conversations about real estate, opportunities to read and learn about the contracts that agents were preparing, to learn the systems and language of real estate, attend inspections, showings, and open houses, etc. And she soaked it all up like a sponge! What a great foundation to launch a new career! Leah has lived in York her whole life, and her family has been here for generations. She enjoys spending time with friends and with her large extended family. Weekends will often find her walking with them on the York Water District’s trails or attending family gatherings. One of her biggest adventures was traveling to Germany with her cousin. Other interests include HGTV, travel, and flying with her brother, a pilot. She has recently adopted 3 ducklings and is enjoying caring for them and watching them grow.
